Returns

If you are unsatisifed with our products, it may be exchanged or returned within 14 daysof purchase if it is inbrand new condition with original tags and packaging.The product must be unwashed, free of stains, odours, animal hair, and damage. 

A refund will be issued within 3-5 business days once the package has been received back and inspected. Please include the packing slip in the return order to avoid any delays in processing.Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All our products go through strict quality control before they are sent to you! In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 60 days of purchase via email for a replacement and include the following information:

Care for Waterproof Bibs

For Small Messes:

Simply wipe down the bib with a wet cloth or hand wash to keep it clean.

For Heavily Soiled Bibs:

1. Remove any large food particles from the bib and pocket to prepare for washing.

2. Close the snaps/velcro

3. Place the bib in a washing machine set to a cold wash on a gentle cycle.

Please note:
- Do not tumble dry
- Air dry (ensure bib lining is competely dry between each use)

Important Note:

- Do not tumble dry. Air dry only to maintain the integrity of the material.
- Do not leave wet for prolonged periods of time to avoid any mold or mildew!

- Do not use essential oils
- Do not bleach
- Do not iron
- Do not use biological washing powder
- Do not use fabric softener


By following these steps, you'll ensure the longevity and quality of your bibs.

We do not recommend placing the bibs in the dryer as high heat can damage the waterproof coating of the bibs.

If you have an air dry option in the dryer, you may use that at your own discretion.

For best results, air dry the bibs to maintain their quality and longevity.
