Refund policy

If you are unsatisifed with our products, it may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase if it is in brand new condition with original tags and packaging.The product must be unwashed, free of stains, odours, animal hair, and damage. 

A refund will be issued within 3-5 business days once the package has been received back and inspected. Please include the packing slip in the return order to avoid any delays in processing. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
